A hardwood smoker on property is always stoked with hickory and Minnesota apple wood from the surrounding hills and bluffs. Prime Rib, Pork Back Ribs, Pork Chops, Swordfish and Chicken are a few of the menu entrees that are smoked to perfection.

The kitchen and service staff at Piggy's take great pride and care when guests have special dietary restrictions.  Everything from lactose, gluten, nuts, seafood and anything in between we will certainly accommodate.  Having that confidence in your kitchen staff enables you, our guest, to relax and enjoy yourself without the worry. 

Our menu changes seasonally, so be sure to check it out for our unique and creative entrees featuring choice steaks and the freshest seafoods.  In addition, we proudly make all of our homemade soups daily.
